Alfredo Egydio Setubal has been Itaúsa’s CEO and Investor Relations Officer since May 2015. At the companies in the holding company’s portfolio, he serves as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dexco and member of the Board of Directors of Itaú Unibanco, Alpargatas and Copa Energia. Mr. Setubal held leadership positions at Itaú for a long time, serving as Managing Vice President and Investor Relations Officer.

CFO
Priscila Grecco is the CFO of Itaúsa with more than 20 years of experience in the Finance, Audit and Mergers & Acquisitions fields, having worked for large corporations in addition to Itaúsa’s main investee Itaú Unibanco. She participates in Itaúsa’s governance bodies related to the ESG, Investments, Audit and Risks, Finance and Capital Markets topics. In investees, she is a member of the Audit Committee of Copa Energia and of the Finance Committee of Alpargatas.
